SimpleSite.com is a global online website service that is available on more than 20 markets outside Denmark and that now has over 80,000 paying customers. We have launched on an additional nine markets this spring and therefore need to employ a number of new online customer support assistants for many different languages. We are looking for new employees that enjoy giving the best possible customer service and that want to join a company in consistent growth.
Our customer service department currently consists of 18 dedicated external part time employees and a team leader who is located at our Copenhagen head office.
In addition to giving our customers the best possible service, you will also need to cooperate with the rest of the team in further developing our customer service knowledge base. This is achieved by sharing and improving information, to thereby help ensure that all team members can expand their knowledge of our systems and the level of their customer service.
All customer support is handled by email, so you need to have good writing skills. We take pride in answering our customers in their native language, therefore it is essential that you are fluent in at least one of the languages below, as well as having a high level of written and spoken English.
