SimpleSite is a global website service, which exists in almost all of the world, and has more
than 90,000 paying customers. Our Swedish-speaking customer base is growing every day and we are therefore looking for
a person, who has a passion for good customer service, experience with websites and wants to be a part of a
constantly growing company.
Our customer service consists of a team of 24 dedicated external supporters and a team leader. Besides
providing excellent service for our customers, as a part of our supporter team you will be working on
developing the know-how which exists in our customer service, so that all the supporters in the team develop
solid experience and a high level of customer service through knowledge sharing.
All communication with our customers is e-mail based. Excellent Swedish written skills are therefore
essential: As we prefer to answer our customers in their native language, it is important that you are fluent in
Swedish. You need to be able to explain website and domain related issues to people with little to no technical
knowledge. For this a solid understanding of IT, the internet and domains is necessary. We do not expect you
to be expertly proficient, but you should be able to demonstrate a firm grasp of these issues.
