Part time online customer support jobs - Malaysian and Indonesian

Are you service minded? And do you want to work with customer support and development of the customer service function? Then read on.

The Company is a global online website service that is available on more than 20 markets outside Denmark and that now has over 80,000 paying customers. We have launched on an additional nine markets this spring and therefore need to employ a number of new online customer support assistants for many different languages. We are looking for new employees that enjoy giving the best possible customer service and that want to join a company in consistent growth.

We are looking for supporters

Our customer service department currently consists of 18 dedicated external part time employees and a team leader who is located at our Copenhagen head office.

In addition to giving our customers the best possible service, you will also need to cooperate with the rest of the team in further developing our customer service knowledge base. This is achieved by sharing and improving information, to thereby help ensure that all team members can expand their knowledge of our systems and the level of their customer service.
All customer support is handled by email, so you need to have good writing skills. We take pride in answering our customers in their native language, therefore it is essential that you are fluent in at least one of the languages below, as well as having a high level of written and spoken English.

We need online customer support assistants for the following languages:

  • Malaysian
  • Indonesian

The Job

  • You will answer customer email enquiries on a daily basis and assist customers with their questions and problems.
  • This is a part time job of between 8 – 14 hours per week. You will to a certain extent decide yourself when you work. You will work from home.
  • The job is online and therefore only requires that you have a PC and internet access.

Your profile

  • You are fluent in one of the above languages.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • A working knowledge of Danish would be preferred.
  • You are dedicated, responsible and flexible.
  • You are good at communicating in writing and at conveying a message in simple terms.
  • You consistently work to a high level of quality.
  • You have a positive attitude, a good team spirit and enjoy helping fellow team members.
  • You have the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes and find the correct solution for a customer.
  • You have a solid knowledge of PCs and the Internet and have no problem learning and understanding new IT systems.
  • You are service minded and pay attention to detail.
